• Visa fees, embassy charges, travel bookings, and third-party costs are separate and non-refundable

3. Refund Policy

• Once the visa process or service has been initiated, fees are non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued for:
  • Visa rejection by embassy/consulate
  • Delay in processing by authorities
  • Change of plans by the client
  • Incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by the client
• Refunds (if applicable) are only considered:
  • If service has not been started
  • If payment was made by mistake (duplicate payment)

4. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request cancellation before service initiation
• Cancellation requests must be made via:
  • Email or written communication
• Once the process has started (documentation, application, booking, etc.), cancellation is not applicable

5. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

6. Third-Party Services

GlobalVisaSpot is not responsible for refunds related to:

• Embassy/consulate fees
• Travel bookings (flights, hotels)
• Insurance services

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Submitting genuine documents
• Following timelines and instructions

Failure to do so will not qualify for any refund

Any refund outside the above conditions will be at the sole discretion of GlobalVisaSpot management
